Ullswater Tourist Information Centre is situated in the main car park, Beckside, in Glenridding close to the shores of Ullswater. The refurbished centre now benefits from multi-media displays.

April to October: 9.30am to 5.30pm 7 days a week.
November to March: 9.30am to 3.30pm on Saturdays and Sundays only.
