All Lake District Estates Parks have an excellent range of available accommodation, be it Caravans, Apartments, or Luxury Lodges. They also have additional facilities available dependant on the location which include private jetties, boat launching, outdoor cooking areas, private moorings, and family friendly bathrooms.

All Parks have direct access or are located within easy reach of walking and cycling routes, boat trips, watersports, local bars, tearooms and restaurants, public transport links and visitor attractions to help make the most of your visits.

WaterfootWaterfoot Caravan Park is set within a spectacular location overlooking Ullswater in the extensive grounds of a Georgian Mansion. Whether you have a love of the outdoors or you simply want to relax and enjoy the views, Waterfoot Park has it all. The Park is within ten minutes walk of the market town of Pooley Bridge and Ullswater 'Steamers' Pier and located on the Ullswater Way and nearby Dalemian Loop. Nearby, there is a multitude of bridleways, footpaths and direct access to the Ullswater Way, a footpath network that links cruises and walks around Ullswater Lake. Keep an eye out for local wildlife as this is a hotspot for Red Squirrels and Red Deer.


WoodcloseAward winning Woodclose Caravan Park is in the beautiful valley of the River Lune, set within the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The Lake District National Park is easily accessible, and just a ten minute walk away is Kirkby Lonsdale; with its famous inns and tearooms, Devil's Bridge and Ruskin's favourite view. Set within nine acres, the Park looks out across spectacular views of the countryside, with direct access to many walking and cycling routes.
HillofoaksSet amongst the slopes of ancient woodland, Hill of Oaks & Blakeholme Caravan & Lodge Park is located along eleven kilometres of Lake Windermere's shoreline with exclusive lake frontage and private boating facilities. The Park has private jetties and boat launching facilities with six Piers along the main shore. All customers have access to the slipways and jetty facilities. Hill of Oaks Park is located a short distance from Bowness-on-Windermere and within easy access of all main routes into and around the National Park. An ideal location for those looking for water sports activities.
BuckBuck Yeats is a private Holiday Lodge development in one of the most idyllic settings along the shore of Lake Windermere within the heart of the UNESCO Lake District National Park. Set within 20 acres of private woodlands Buck Yeats Lodge Park offers an exclusive location with just 12 Lodge pitches on site with lakeside views and access to a private jetty.
Newby Bridge Located within 12 acres of wild woodland, Newby bridge Country Caravan Park offers an excellent location for those with a love of the outdoors. It is within easy reach of many walking and cycling routes and the village of Cartmel, and also water based activities on Lake Windermere. The town of Newby Bridge is approximately a ten minute walk from the Park with Lake Windermere, Lakeside & Haverthwaite Railway and The Lakeside Aquarium all nearby as well. The historical village of Cartmel is close to the Park, famous for its sticky toffee pudding, racecourse and the Cartmel Priory.
TewitfieldTewitfield Marina is a purpose built hamlet with its own luxury holiday accommodation complex of apartments, most directly overlooking the Marina. Situated in Carnforth on the Lancashire and Cumbria border alongside Tewitfield Locks on the Lancaster Canal, the marina provides owners with the perfect place to stay with easy access to some of Britain’s best loved countryside. Both the UNESCO World Heritage Lake District National Park and the Yorkshire Dales National Park are less than half an hour’s drive away. Also close by is the historic city of Lancaster with Castles, Museums and Parks, and the historic seaside town of Morecambe, famous for its breath-taking sunsets across the bay and over the Lakeland Fells.
