Welcome to Waterfall Spa at The Ambleside Salutation Hotel and Spa

We also have a high-tech gym and swimming pool on-site and our luxurious spa treatment rooms are open to residents and non residents for you to enjoy a massage or beauty treatment.  Booking is essential for residents to use our leisure facilities, please reserve a time slot for each day of your stay as required.
