This magnificent self catering property combines luxury and elegance in perfect harmony. Nothing has been left to chance at Cleabarrow Cottage. Sleeping 12 in six large spacious bedrooms all having there own ensuite facilities. Outside there's a fantastic heated patio area looking onto the Lake District Fells, and if that's not enough you can slip into the hot tub and enjoy the view with a glass of bubbles.

We have produced a stunning 3D walkthrough of the property above so you can really appreciate this great cottage.

As soon as you drive up to the cottage you will find it hard not to be impressed, beautifully manicured gardens, subtle lighting and even charging points for any electric vehicles you may have. Then you have the views over to the northwestern fells, where the wraparound veranda has been designed so you can catch a perfect view of the sun setting every evening.

On entering the property through the original oak door, you are greeted with a glimpse of what is to come, the black and white tiles give way to a light oak floor and the stairs beyond drawing you into the house.

Turning left you enter the hub of the cottage, an impressive open plan kitchen, dining room and seating area.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay, high-end appliances throughout all enclosed within a white marble worktop extending onto a breakfast bar. Even the views from the sink are glorious. There is a comfortable sofa and two armchairs facing the fells through the bifold doors which lead on to the covered and heated veranda, a fantastic seating area with wide-ranging vistas of the beautiful Lake District National Park, if you continue around the veranda you will find the covered hot tub a luxurious spot to soak those tired limbs after a day on the fells or even after a round of golf on the Windermere golf course which is only a stones throw from the cottage.

Back into the dining area, you find a substantial oak table together with oak benches, with space for 12, a marvellous gathering spot for the group to meet and dine and plan the next day's adventures. Finally, in this light and airy room, there is a large comfortable sofa facing a sizeable flatscreen TV. Just off this space is a W/C and utility room with separate washer and dryer which is adjacent to the back door of the cottage, ideal for entering and de booting after a walk.

Across the corridor from the kitchen and dining area, you enter the wood panelled study with its comfortable high backed chairs and sofa, here you will find a selection of books and games to keep you entertained. You will notice the high standard of interior design throughout the property, with original paintings and soft furnishings all complementing each other perfectly. Continuing through the study area you enter another spacious living area with 2 large sofas and armchairs set around the large TV. There are double doors leading out to the driveway allowing plenty of natural light to flow in.

Just down the corridor is the ground floor from the large ensuite shower room with double sized walk-in shower there is a small step up to the large bedroom with a kingsize bed which can be set up as twin if you require, there are two comfortable armchairs and large wardrobe. As with all the six bedrooms each has it own wall mounted TV.
