Get ready to hit the dance floor as saxophone legend Snake Davis returns with his 8 piece soul band for a night of Motown, Northern Soul and Atlanta Classics! With Special Guest Jess Gillam.

Snake Davis and the Suspicions are back! After selling out for several years, prepare for saxophone legend Snake Davis’ return to the Coronation Hall!

With his storming 8 piece soul band, the Suspicions. Often heralded as the best Soul band performing live in the UK today, they feature Snakes’ searing Junior Walker-inspired sax, the sumptuous vocals of Doreen Edwards and Sue Quinn, trumpet and a killer rhythm section. The line up includes some of the UKs finest musicians; current and former members of the Eurythmics, M-People, Tanita Tikaram, Simply Red and Swing Out Sister to name a few. Snake will perform Motown, Atlanta and Northern Soul classics.

On entering Ulverston from the A590, drive straight on past Booths supermarket on your left and through a set of pelican traffic lights. At the next roundabout take the fourth exit onto Brewery Street. Turn left into the Brewery Street car park. Walk up Market Street and turn left up Brogden Street. At the top of the street turn right and then first left, and the Coronation Hall is situated behind the statue of Laurel and Hardy on County Square.

Less than a mile from Ulverston Station.
