The Queen's Head

The Queen's Head

The Queen’s Head is a pub with a difference in the heart of Askham offering no nonsense, healthy, hearty food.
We are now serving freshly cooked healthy, hearty food from 10am till 6pm every day of the week. So drop in and try us out. No booking required.
We also offer evening food for residents of Askham Hall and the Queen’s Head between 6 and 7.30pm. Please pre order by 4pm.
As well as our regular food offering, we are now also operating a ‘pop up restaurant’ every Friday evening. This is a collaboration between Richard Swale, Head Chef at Askham Hall and Gareth Webster, Head Chef at the George and Dragon and will offer a different special set themed menu each month. All matched with paired wines, for an additional £35 per person. November’s menu ‘Wild game’ is £38 per person. With space for only 30, early booking advised!
