The Lake District School of Food & Wine is situated in the beautiful Eden Valley with close proximity to the M6.

The classes take place in a well-equipped teaching kitchen, in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Each student has their own work station where they are able to improve their skills and techniques. The classes are small and the courses are intensive, with a high degree of individual attention given to every student. The school caters for absolute beginners, enthusiastic cooks and professional chefs.

Accommodation for students is also available. In addition to the above we also offer dining for special occasions.

From the south, exit jct 39 and follow signs for Shap. Go through Shap village and continue along this road until the sign for Sleagill on the right hand side.

From the north, exit jct 40 and follow the A6 towards Shap. Turn left at the signpost for Sleagill.
