Details

Annis will arrive with everything you need to create and learn to carefully needlefelt the soft blended wool mix. A substantial weight at 3.5 kg, the doorstop is created using various wools including that from the local Herdwick sheep.

Annis is a highly accomplished needlefelter and her work is for sale in local galleries in Cumbria. She also sells needlefelt kits online.

The Cycle Cafe is a family-run tea garden with quirky opening times.

We open in June July and August to walkers (no public parking available on site) on Friday afternoons 12-6pm, Saturday and Sundays 10-6pm. Seasonal opening only.

On the C2C Cycle route 200 yds north of Greystoke village green, direction Blencowe. We welcome all cyclists and walkers and ask all those with cars to walk the 350yds from the village car park around the Greystoke Castle walls.
We can offer parking in our driveway to cycle support vehicles and those attending our workshop days.
