Details

Three unique performances will take place over three days, featuring pianist Noam Greenberg and the Castalian String Quartet, who will be performing a rich programme of chamber music by Robert Schumann in an atmospheric renovated18th century barn with excellent acoustics and a fully-stocked bar.

Following the Saturday and Sunday performances, there will be a special meal with Askham Hall’s Michelin-starred chef Richard Swale, using the best of the estate’s authentic local produce.

Concert tickets: £18 per person, £45 for all three
Dinner: please book as space is limited.

Just three miles from junction 40 of the M6 and Penrith in Askham village - turn off the A6 (just after you cross over the motorway) towards Askham passing the front of Lowther Castle and after the cattle grid Lowther Church will be on your right. Continue over the bridge and Askham Hall restaurant entrance is the first on your right signposted 'Private'.
