Sundays: Discover the art of Roman pottery with Gaius the potter and meet Victor the Roman army veteran. Visitors of all ages can explore the fascinating world of the Romans through the wide range of pottery they made both in this country and imported from Gaul, Spain and Germany. The life of a Roman soldier is brought to life by Victor's many years of experience in the detail of the reality of life 2000 years ago.
Thursdays: Meet the team from Ancient Britain and explore the real lives of the Roman army with their leather army tent and military equipment.
