Smoked Cumberland Sausage with soaked fruits apple chutney on toasted sourdough,
Traditional Swedish Gravadlax with lemon lime vodka jelly, and preserved fennel with star anise.

From Keswick on the A66, head towards Penrith, after a mile take the right turn for Burns, carry on this road for about half a mile. From Penrith on the A66 heading to Keswick, pass the village of Threlkeld, take the left turn signposted for Burns, stay on this road for a couple of miles until you reach Sunset Hill and the cookery school.
