Cyclewise Whinlatter

Cyclewise Whinlatter

During this 1 day course we will teach you all the correct techniques to give you the control, confidence and ability to float over any tabletop and get air with style.

Pumping - Using trail features to generate momentum
Jumping - Controlled take off - Confidence in the air - Controlled landing

We will start building the foundation of these techniques by learning how to pump the trail.

Firstly we will get your bike set up dialed in and working for you, making sure that your rebound isn’t too slow and that it’s ready to ride.

Then it's time to get pumping, this is a really useful MTB trail skill that once perfected will make you super smooth and super quick. You will spend lots of time understanding "dynamic weight shift" and playing with this technique on our own purpose built coaching trail.

After lunch and again utilising our purpose built coaching trail and our three table tops, we will look at progressing the pump into a jump. Starting on the easier jumps we will take you through the technique step by step to help get you jumping with confidence & control.

We will end the day with a debrief and a chance to review your video analysis (where applicable)

If you are unsure if this is the course for you please do not hesitate to contact us for a chat.
