    Abseiling
This is the easy bit of climbing as gravity does all the work. Although is still challenging making the initial start over the edge. Dave can build you up gently from very gentle abseils to classic 40 metre epics. Abseiling is often combined as part of a climbing session but can be enjoyed purely on its own, all abseiling has an additional safety rope so it is impossible to let go and fall. Dave also does night abseils which can be particularly scary.

    Climbing
The Lake District is the birthplace of British climbing steeped in tradition and an awe inspiring location. Come and try playing on the steep stuff. Let Dave gently introduce you to a exhilarating sport. We will locate a suitable venue that will meet your needs without scaring the life out of you and as your confidence and skill grows we can move on to more challenging climbs.

Most activities take place in the actual locations around the Lake District, although for many activities there is a choice of suitable locations. We do run training and adventure courses from our base, which also has hostel style accommodation, including a drying room and sauna. See main website for details of upcoming courses or call to arrange own bespoke course for two or more people
