Kendal Charity Treasure and Scavenger Hunt

Kendal Charity Treasure and Scavenger Hunt

Away from the summertime rush, the Lake District can sometimes feel a little bit quiet and drizzly. So, in order to to fire up February, YouthAbility will be hosting a new fundraising event that will soon be hitting the streets. The first ever Kendal charity treasure and scavenger hunt!

The hunt will take you in and around historic Kendal town, showing you unexpected places you may not have seen before. Whilst you are exploring, points will be given for objects discovered, photos taken and checkpoints found. For those who succeed... those points just might turn into prizes.

On the day, our stall will be set out at the Bird Cage in Kendal high street from 10 until 4. Come along to pick up your team pack, which will contain everything you need to participate, including your unique team number.

Details of what you'll need to bring with you on the day and prize information will be released over the next three weeks, so make sure you follow the event and Buzz Club Kendal- Leonard Cheshire to check for regular updates.

Whether you are looking for a fun day out, or you want to learn more about us and how to get involved with our project come and say hello and we can give you more information.

About us:

Our YouthAbility project provides inclusive youth clubs across Cumbria for young disabled people aged eight and above. Buzz Club is our local group in Kendal and we are open for new members and volunteers to join in with our group.
