Details

New to Summer 2019!! At West Lakes Adventure, we are always looking for new and exciting activities, and like to keep ahead of the game.
Ride the Rapids!
Suitable for older children and adults - ride the rapids down the crystal-clear waters of the river Esk, hold on tight to avoid flipping out on the way, plunge into pools and float down chutes, you will get wet – it’s flipping good fun!
This activity requires the water levels to be suitable, in the situation where the activity is not possible, an alternative will be given.
Safety is paramount within West Lakes Adventure, and to offer this as a professional and safe activity, we have professional sturdy tubes made for the job, and you will be fully kitted out with wetsuits, helmets, buoyancy aids and gloves!
Lazy River Safari
Our lazy river safari is suitable for families with younger children from the age of 8, or those who want to ride the calmer waters and enjoy the scenery and wildlife along the way. Armed with a tube and a paddle, let the flow of the river take you down stream, you will also get chance to enjoy some low-grade rapids in a controlled and safe environment.
