“4 friends, cabin 1 and 2 tents. ”

When my friend and I arrived we were greeted by John who was really friendly and made us feel at home straight away. We were given the keys to Cabin 1 and left to settle in. The cabin was much bigger than we expected and provided more than enough space for our group. We stayed at a quiet time and even though cabins 2 and 3 were occupied and there were around 4 tents nearby, we hardly saw or heard anything of them. Our husbands followed on their bikes and stayed in tents, as a practice run for a trip they're planning later in the year. We were fortunate enough to have the space for them to set up their tents in front of the cabin and we had further space to enjoy BBQs on the grassed area directly in front of the cabin. Janet & John were always accommodating and friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only suggestion we would have would be to possibly include fly strips in the cabins as we had a fair few flies due to the surrounding farm animals! We would be slightly concerned at the new toilet block being so close to cabin 1 I think as the doors going all night could cause disturbance and would enable people to look directly into cabin 1's kitchen window, however they weren't open when we stayed so caused us no issues! We do plan on returning to Wallace Farm, thank you for a lovely relaxing stay!
