This spacious apartment has been completely renovated and refurbished to a high standard. It has some of the best views of all the properties at The Falls directly overlooking the tumbling waters of Stockghyll Falls on two sides.

Nestling in a quiet area of Ambleside the properties at The Falls make an ideal base for a relaxing break. Short stroll down the hill to the village centre with a fine choice of restaurants, good pubs and an excellent cinema. Many walks from the door and Lake Windermere has year-round cruises just a mile away.

Accommodation: Mill Top is on two floors and has been carefully planned with holiday comfort in mind. Tucked away at the top of this former bobbin mill it is reached by stairs to the second floor. Entrance hall. (Separate wc with basin). Spacious open plan sitting/dining and kitchen area. Windows on two sides. Comfy corner sofa in leather (wall mounted flat screen TV Freesat, DVD, CD player/iPod dock, wi-fi) full size dining table will be great for family meals. A breakfast bar divides the kitchen area from the main living space.

Upstairs Four excellent bedrooms: a spacious master bedroom with king-size bed, separate seating area and en-suite (walk in shower, basin and wc); a second king-double room ; a twin and a single. Family bathroom with shower over bath, basin and wc. All the top floor rooms have sloping roof lines with large velux windows (fitted with blackout blinds).

Fitted carpets throughout. Stylish decor and comfortable furnishings make the most of this spacious holiday home.

Outside: Private undercover parking for two cars (height restriction 1.95m) and other visitor parking onsite. Ambleside village amenities less than a 10 minute walk downhill.
