“Clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location ”
Laurel Court 1 is in a fantastic location, it is right within Urmston and very close to local shops and restaurants while still being quiet in the evenings.
Laurel Court 1 was very clean and in fact larger than the pictures implied. It had great facilities with plenty of toilets and 2 powerful showers. The kitchen was also a good size for the 9 people staying at the property.
I have given 4 out of 5 stars for 'value for money' as the price felt just a little high with a non-refundable deposit.
Grace was absolutely brilliant, always replying to messages very quickly and politely. She was available via email, text and phone which we very much appreciated.
I have only given 4 out 5 stars for facilities as a couple of guests mentioned that the beds may need a bit of maintenance, namely the bunk-bed and a single bed in the top bedroom. Also, although there was parking, we arrived a little late in the evening and a couple of guests had to park in the paid car park, however this was only 2 minutes down the road.
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the properly to any group of people looking for a great base in The Lakes.
