    “living accomodation too small”

we felt that the description of the living accomodation was not accurately given. 4 adults arrived thinking we had a seperate kitchen and a living/dining room. this was not the case as there was only one room to do everything in. If we had knoen this we would not have booked the cottage.there was no information given about hot water availabe or heating. I would not stay there again.

Most groups of friends and families find the cottage ideal as the three en-suite bedrooms allow privacy in addition to the large shared space.

We do leave instructions for the operation of the heaters and the wood-burner in the welcome folder on the table in the lounge. The hot water is on permanently, so shouldn’t need any special information. It was perhaps unfortunate that we were on our annual holiday when you arrived, so we didn’t get to point the folder out to you. But in any event, messages left on our answering machine are dealt with twice a day in our absence, so help with the heating would have been available if you had asked.
