• South facing first floor room with lovely views over garden, fields and fells beyond. Excellent quality pocket sprung mattress on sprung base, luxury linen and bedding and coffee/teas. Private bathroom next door with Victorian foot bath, pressurised shower, under floor heating, soft fluffy towels on heated towel rail and handmade organic soaps.

• Spacious, private area on ground floor. Own private hall way, door leading to high quality shower room with pressurised shower, under floor heating, hand made organic soaps, soft, fluffy towels on heated towel rail.
  The bedroom has a solid wood base bed with pocket sprung mattress and luxury linen bedding. Luxury Coffee/teas provided. The bedroom is located at the front of the property overlooking driveway and fruit tree and shrub bank which is alive with birds. Very quiet and peaceful.
