Mill Rigg, a true bungalow in an idyliic location above the village of Ambleside with stunning views of Wansfell, Fairfield, Loughrigg Fell and beyond. Garden front and rear with garden furniture and barbecue for al fresco dining. Newly refurbished throughout with large living space and sumptuous sofas, formal dining, kitchen. Two bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, 1 king, 1 twin which will convert to super-king and 1 single. Four TV's all with DVD's, broadband, plenty of parking.

Ralston, a traditional Lakeland property ideally located in the heart of Ambleside close to all amenities. This property has undergone major construction and refurbishment. Built over 3 floors, the ground floor with underfloor heating and tiled floor, has a modern kitchen, dining and living space. Upstairs there are 3 spacious en suite bedrooms. Broadband, 4 TV's with DVD, CD player and parking with permit.
