Away from the busy town centre, you can relax amid the peace and tranquillity of Cote How with its spacious and comfortable rooms looking out onto splendid views of the surrounding hills.
With ample car parking, secure storage and drying facilities this is an excellent base for cycling, kayaking and walking. Set in the heart of the Lake District National Park, there are many fabulous walks with breath taking views directly accessible from Cote How, including the Fairfield Horseshoe, Loughrigg, Rydal Cave, Grasmere and Ambleside. There are walks to suit all abilities with information, maps and advice available from the owners who are also keen outdoor enthusiasts.

From M6 jct 36 follow A590/A591 to Ambleside. From Ambleside take the road to Grasmere. One mile from Ambleside you enter Rydal village. Just on entering the village there is a humped back bridge on the left. Go over the bridge, turn right and Cote How is the first house on the right.
