Details

Holly Bank is a family run cottage in a peaceful village, 3 miles from the lovely market town of Keswick. Comfortable and well appointed, with large picture windows providing stunning fell views the cottage is divided into 2 self contained apartments. The ground floor apartment has an open fire and accommodates up to 6 people in 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms. It has 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is en suite. The first floor apartment sleeps 4 in a double and a twin. The cottage can be let as one property to sleep up to 10 people. Both apartments have use of the large, enclosed garden with benches, barbecue and sun-loungers. The garage houses a washing machine and tumble dryer, and provides safe storage for bikes or watersports equipment.

The cottage is perfectly situated for exploring the Northern lakes and fells. Five beautiful lakes, England's 3 highest mountain ranges and many historic, cultural and family attractions are all within easy reach. Keswick has a leisure pool, cycle hire shop, 2 large recreational parks and its own repertory theatre. Boating and watersports are available on Derwentwater, and Keswick Golf Club is just a few miles away.

Excellent views of the Osprey nest from the front windows of both properties. Don't forget to bring your binoculars!
