Stay somewhere simply special. You are assured a warm welcome at our comfortable Georgian Gentleman's residence. Skiddaw Grove Country House is in a peaceful location on the fringe of Keswick with excellent mountain views, yet only a short walk via Fitz Park to the town centre. Enjoy our heated outdoor swimming pool, May-Sep, gardens and sun terrace. All rooms are en suite and at first floor level. All ages are welcome. For your convenience we have private car parking.
Skiddaw Grove makes an ideal base for walking, cycling, cycle lockup available or exploring Cumbria by car. Maps, guidebooks, packed lunches and flask-filling, just ask!
At breakfast you will be spoilt for choice, with fresh fruit, cereals, yogurts, juices, freshly baked croissants and, of course our renowned full Cumbrian breakfast or vegetarian option.

Our self-catering apartments within the house sleep 4/5 and shares the gardens and swimming pool. Please ask for details of weekly rates and shorter breaks
