Clean cosy, oak-beamed cottage converted from a stable, nestled between the farmhouse and adjoining barn. Lounge, kitchen, 1 double and 1 twin, shower/toilet. Pleasantly situated with an excellent outlook in the peaceful valley of Newlands, 5 miles from Keswick.
Birkrigg Cottage is the place to be, wonderful views of mountain scenery, not far to go to see a lake, enjoy the peace as you take a break. The mountains are high, the valley green, narrow roads winding in between, you can wander high, you can wander low, exploring the valley before you go.
Your advised to book early, don't be late, we warmly welcome you with tea on arrival through the gate.
