It is located at Cunsey which is three miles from the Graythwaite Farmstead and a 15 minute walk to the shores of Windermere. Comprises of living room with open fire, dining room, kitchen fully-beamed with breakfast bar and equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Mill Cottage Details

• Mill Cottage is located within the grounds of the 5,000 acre private Graythwaite Estate on the shores of Lake Windermere. The cottage has been fully renovated to a five star standard and comprises of cosy sitting room with gas flame fire and flat screen TV with DVD player.
  Kitchen / dining area has under floor heating; the units have slate work tops, mood lighting, gas hob, electric oven, dish washer, washing machine and dryer. All the utensils and crockery are of the highest standard so being in the kitchen will be an enjoyable experience.
  
  A wide stair case will take you to the landing, from here you can access the twin bedded room which has a TV and DVD player. The double bedroom has a five foot bed; the views of the lake are spectacular. The bathroom is fully tiled with under floor heating it has a bath with power shower.
  
  Outside you have a lovely private garden with patio which over looks the river and lake beyond. Parking for a number of cars.

On the ground floor it has an entrance hall, large sitting room with open fire, TV and DVD, separate dining room, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer. Twin bedroom, down stairs toilet and hand basin. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with en suite, twin bedded room and large family bathroom. To the side of the cottage there is a sunny patio area with picnic table and chairs. From here you have a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside. Full electric central heating.

The modern kitchen is a dream and has granite work tops, dishwasher, fridge freezer, gas hob and electric oven. The washing machine and dryer are located in the out house.
