This fine Lakeland House dating from the early 1900's, is located a ten minute walk from the picturesque village of Grasmere, in the heart of the Lake District National Park. Standing in private gardens at the foot of Helvellyn in a truly elevated position, Bramrigg must be one of the finest holiday homes available in the Lake District.
Bramrigg can accommodate 10-12 people, with 4 large bedrooms upstairs, 2 doubles and 2 twins with 2 additional pull-out beds. On the ground floor is a private suite which sleeps 2 people in a double bedroom with own facilities and a private sitting room which may be used as an additional bedroom. All rooms have superb views.
The house also features a Victorian bathroom with king-sized bath, beautifully furnished sitting room and separate dining room which leads into a magnificent farmhouse kitchen with double-oven aga and all modern appliances. The mature gardens are another feature, and have a range of furniture including loungers, patio dining table & chairs and a children's play area with tree house. Parking is available for up to five cars. Subsidised membership of the Langdale Country Club is available for the duration of your stay. Passes available for purchase at The King's Head Hotel.
