Magic Hills guesthouse is a charming character Victorian B&B, with a friendly atmosphere. Christine and Richard welcome you to their beautifully decorated Victorian House at the northern end of Kendal, with lovely hill and countryside views from all rooms. We offer three great rooms. The property is five minutes by car from the car parks in town and 15 minutes flat walk to the town centre pubs and restaurants.

Magic Hills is tourist office approved and is open all year round.

Exit M6 jct 36, follow dual carriageway to the end, at roundabout follow signs for Kendal and turn left at bottom of hill. Keep to the left, follow road to junction of pub, turn right here at Appleby Road. Take train from Oxenholme to Kendal, turn left out of station and go to junction of pub, turn right here at Appleby Road.
