Rocklea B&B is a traditional Lakeland stone guest house in Windermere the Lake District. The guest house enjoys a tranquil setting by the side of Mill Beck as it flows from Orrest Head through leafy woodland finally ending its journey in lake Windermere. The accommodation is ideally situated in a quiet area of Windermere yet only a few minutes walk from the village centre, bus and railway station. An easy stroll brings you to Bowness on Windermere by the lake, where you can enjoy a cruise on lake Windermere, sample some of the many Lakeland restaurants and cafes or just simply enjoy the stunning views! Breakfast is served in our attractive dining room with individual seating and table arrangements for your privacy. Enjoy a good selection of quality products, freshly prepared and cooked to a high standard served in a relaxed friendly atmosphere.

From M6 jct36 follow A591 signed to Windermere. Turn left into Windermere town centre and follow one-way system into New Road, the main road to the lake. Approximately 0.25 miles turn left into Brook Road. Rocklea is 200yds at the junction with Lake Road. Collection can be arranged from bus/rail station.
