• Quietest room in the house and slightly larger than Room 4. It has nice rooftop view of Orrest Head and also catches the morning sun.
• Shower en suite, En suite room, Non-smoking room
• Prices (per person per night for bed & breakfast for normal occupancy)
• Room 3 is a second floor room at the rear of the property with ensuite shower. The large window faces East and is the first to catch the morning sun. It incorporated a flat screen LCD tv with DVD player and i-pod docking. An internet plug in system for your laptop (dLAN & WLAN) is also available on request. There is a rooftop view of Orrest Head.

• Room 4 is a second floor room at the front of the property with ensuite shower. It incorporated a flat screen LCD tv with DVD player. The window faces West with a nice view of the Langdale Pikes and surrounding fells, there is even a tiny portion of the lake visible.

This large comfortable first floor room is situated at the front of the property with a large windows facing West with a lovely view of the garden (available for your use) and the Langdale Pikes and surrounding fells.
