Broadlands Guest House is a traditional Lakeland guest house, 2-minutes' walk from Windermere village and a 15-minute walk from Bowness and the lake.
Brian and Janette Grundy the resident owners are proud to have been regraded this year to an AA 3-Yellow Star Highly Commended rating.
We offer a warm welcome with local knowledge on where to visit, the best places to eat and drink,a varied breakfast menu using produce from the local award-winning butcher and free-range eggs from the local farm. Our en suite rooms are well decorated, spotlessly clean and warm and comfortable with good quality soft furnishings and linens and a range of complimentary toiletries.Our tea trays offer a range of complimentary teas and coffees with biscuits and mineral water. We are now in the digital age in the Lake District and our flat-screen TVs offer a range of radio and television channels.
Do not worry about car parking charges, we will offer you a free car park pass for the duration of your stay with us. These can be used in local car parks in Windermere village and other towns and villages in the area.
Please note our check in times are between 14.00 and 21.00. An approximate arrival time is required on booking.

From M6 jct 36 follow A590/A591 to Windermere. Turn left off A591 into the village and follow the one way system. Take the first turn left after the pedestrian crossing in to Broad Street. Broadlands is 100 metres on the left.
We are a 10-minute walk through the village from the train and bus station.
