Willow Weaving - Angels for Christmas & Beyond at Quirky Workshops @ Greystoke Cycle Cafe

Phil will join us yet again for this busy Christmas fortnight. In this workshop you’ll be creating willow stars in a variety of sizes, they look lovely as a large feature on mantelpiece/wall etc or garlands made from willow, silver birch, holly and ivy as a lovely alternative to the traditional Christmas wreath. Your choice. Phil runs a number of workshops for us, all of which are extremely popular. Depending on amount of willow used this varies between £3 to £7 approximately. Suitable for in or outdoors.

Notes	The Cycle Cafe is a family-run tea garden with unusual opening times. Fri 12.00 to 18.00. Sat 10.00 to 18.00 and the second Sun of the month 10.00 to 18.00. We will serve any cyclists at other times with whatever we have, if of course we are about and available. Seasonal opening only, Apr to end Sep.

On the C2C Cycle route 200 yds north of Greystoke village green, direction Blencowe. We welcome all cyclists and walkers and ask all those with cars to walk the 350yds from the village car park around the Greystoke Castle walls.
We can offer parking in our driveway to cycle support vehicles and those attending our workshop days,
Bus links to Penrith and Keswick. Penrith railway station 5 miles

Nearest station : 5 miles (8.0 kms) from Penrith station

We have a ground floor toilet but not wide enough for wheelchair access.
