Adults £65 per day £40 half day. Bespoke individual family day £240. Discounts for groups of 6 or more. Special rates for schools and voluntary groups.

From jct 36 on M6 drive 5km along A590 dual carriageway towards Kendal. Turn off onto A591 dual carriageway towards western peninsulas and Barrow in Furness, drive 4km turn right onto the A5074 towards Bowness in Windermere drive 3km and take a left up a single track lane signposted the ROW, if you get to the Lyth valley hotel you have gone 200m to far! Follow lane into small hamlet Row Barn is the second barn on the left with a full length canopy which is white underneath and canoes in the yard!

Nearest station : 7 miles (11.3 kms) from Windermere/Oxenholme station

Starting point for activities, a place to leave your car and to be transported on your day's adventure. A place to have a warm welcome to sort your specialised kit out and try on in the dry and warm. A place to retreat to if you are cold and wet with toilet, hot shower and drying room refreshments/sitting areas and training room.
