Skiddaw Six Wainwrights with KR Guided Walks at Keswick Tourist Information Centre
High above Keswick Skiddaw dominates the town - a great walk whichever route we use. The summit ridge is rocky with scree if you have approached it from Carlside but most of the routes are on good paths or are grassy. Some of the best routes traverse the mountain so that we can finish the walk descending directly into Keswick. Up to 6 Wainwrights can be climbed in one day!
Highest point 931m, Ascent 1040m, Distance 14km, Grade A.
