A National Gallery for the Midlands: An Introduction to the Barber Institute's Collections By Ann Sumner

Professor Ann Sumner, the Director of the Barber Institute of Fine Arts, University of Birmingham, will place the exhibition of Old Master drawings and Expressionist prints in the context of the Barber's magnificent collections. She began her career at the National Portrait Gallery, London and has held a number of curatorial positions including the National Museum of Wales, Cardiff, where she was Head of Fine Art for seven years prior to her appointment at the Barber Institute.

Adults £8.00, Young people £5.75 (Includes a glass of wine or juice)

Lecture start at 6.30pm, wine and juice is served from 6.00pm
