Why not try something a bit different when you are visiting the northern part of the Lake District?

MorningMorning

Starting with something quite different, how about Lakeland Llama Treks! Experience the brilliant fun of leading gentle friendly Llamas, a unique walking activity (no, you don’t ride llamas!) Enjoy discovering the pleasure of a new four footed friend with the bracing clear air and exercise in some of the most spectacular scenery in England. Great fun for all the family!

Lakeland Llama Treks

Leading our gentle friendly llamas on a gentle walk around the spectacular lakeshores in Keswick is a fantastic experience for all the whole family. Combined with mouth-watering local produce picnic.

LunchLunch

Take a picnic and recharge your batteries at this mysterious site above Keswick. Thirty eight hunks of Borrowdale rock forming a circle a hundred feet in diameter. Castlerigg Stone Circle with the fells surrounding - it's a magical place at all times of the year!
Castlerigg Stone Circle

Castlerigg Stone Circle

Raised in circa 3000BC, Castlerigg is perhaps the most atmospheric of all British stone circles, with the mountains of Helvellyn as a dramatic backdrop.
