Rosehill Theatre and Cinema
One of Cumbria's most charming small theatres offering a lively programme of music, comedy, drama, dance and film. The listed building, acclaimed as a ‘rose-red silk-lined jewel box', was built by Sir Nicholas Sekers (founder of West Cumberland Silk Mills at Hensingham) and converted from a barn in the grounds of his house outside Whitehaven. more information
