Wellness – Your Key to Success

Work out in our state of the art Techno Gym which includes treadmills, power plate, cross trainer, resistance machine, ipod docking stations and the outstanding Kinesis machine. All our equipment works on the unique Wellness Key, simply plug the key into the machines and it will do the rest by setting the time and intensity of the exercise.
