Thinking of visiting the Lake District this April? You'd be a fool not to. With Cumbria being the official home of Tom Foolery there is plenty going on across the county. Come face to face with the Roman Emperor, Hadrian at "The Face of an Emperor" exhibition, at Tullie House Museum, Carlisle, or attend the launch of the worlds first interactive dive bell at the Lakes Aquarium near Newby Bridge. Find out more in our things to do section, or try out one of our themed itineraries. If you are looking for something to entertain the children why not try our family fun section (and don't forget the Jemima Puddle-duck Easter Egg Hunt is now on). |
