The Lake District Wildlife Park
At the Lake District Wildlife Park there's wide open parkland with stunning views and chance to meet over 100 species from Anaconda to Zebra, Mandrills and Meerkats to endangered species like Gibbons and Asian Fishing Cats.
There are fantastic Bird of Prey Flying displays, excellent Keeper Talks and Reptile Encounters plus play areas (indoors and out). There are plenty of places for a picnic and a refurbished café serving delicious home-made food all day.
Why not experience the wild? There are also hour long animal experiences - chance to get up close and personal, including Meet the Meerkats, Lemur Encounters, Hawk Walks and a chance to be a Keeper meeting Tapirs, Meerkats and Lemurs. Pre-booking essential.
Prices
Adults £8.25, Children £6.25 (children aged 3-14 years) and Concessions £7.25. Children aged 15+ pay adult prices. Children under 3 free.
