This trail will take you through Grizedale by way of sinuous singletrack, offering adrenalin fuelled sections of singletrack descent and leg burning climbs. There are also plenty of boardwalks in case you need more of a challenge. Along the way are lots of rewarding views and if you get the chance, take a forest map and try some of the many bridleways through Grizedale to extend your ride. This trail is suitable for mountain bikers only and requires a good level of skill and fitness.
