Contains a rock garden, rose garden, displays of daffodils in the spring and is the perfect place for experiencing the magical colours of autumn. Estate walks with fine views.

Ground floor of the castle, shop and most of the garden are accessible with a wheelchair. Mainly gravel paths. Recommended route path in the garden. Wheelchair and powered mobility vehicle available. Braille guide and handling items available. Picnic area in the car park. Children's quiz sheets. Sorry no backpacks or baby carriers in the castle. Groups and coaches accepted with advanced booking.

Opening details

Cafe, shop and garden open from 10.00- 17.00.
Open daily until end of 2014 (closed 25th December).
House open Sunday to Thursday 1-5pm (closed Friday and Saturday)
