How it works

• We discuss your specific requirements and gain an understanding of your needs and expectations.

• We source suitable venues to match your requirements.

• We negotiate the best price for you as we have existing relationships with many Cumbrian venues.

• We prepare a proposal which will include as many suitable options as we can source.  This will include a breakdown of prices, facilities and relevant information.

• If required we can arrange site visits and also accompany you if you prefer.

• We liaise with the venue from negotiating to provisional booking through to confirmation.  Once the booking is made we will pass you through to the contact at your chosen venue.

• There is no cost to you as we work on a commission basis funded by the venues and hotels.
