Grizedale Off Road Duathlon: 11 March 2012
The Grizedale Duathlon is a unique multisport event based in the stunning setting of Grizedale Forest Park, in the southern Lake District and is completely off road. Consisting of a 6.5k trail run, followed by a 24k mountain bike ride & then a further 6.5k trail run.

Coniston 14 Road Race: 31 March 2012
The Coniston 14 is probably the most beautiful road race in Britain. Each year it attracts some 1600 runners. The hilly route follows the 13.875 miles of road that circles Coniston water and there are stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

Men's Coast to Coast Challenge: 5 - 7 May 2012
Join a team of 50 men for the challenge of a lifetime whilst helping to raise vital funds for local charity, Hospice at Home Carlisle and North Lakeland. The trip begins on Saturday 5th May 2012 by dipping the front wheels into the Irish Sea in Whitehaven and ends in Tynemouth at the North Sea on the 7th May where medals and bubbly will be part of the celebrations.

Keswick Triathlon: 20 May 2012
These races form part of the four day Keswick Mountain Festival. The venue is superb and the course has to be the most picturesque in the country. It sets an early season challenge, but does not have any mega climbs on the bike and you won't have to use your hands on the run, although it is tough with about 1/2 being fell paths.
