Colour Run

Colour Run

Choice of 1k or 5k routes and your race entry fee includes access to the gardens and Hawk & Owl Centre for the rest of the day.

The gate will open at 10.30 as usual with family fun and entertainment from 12 noon.
Competitors and spectators to make their way down to the Castle in time for the start at 3.00pm.

Both courses start by the Castle and lead around the estate and gardens getting splodged with (safe, food-based) gloriously-coloured powder paint along the way, with the finishing line back on the Castle lawn.

We’re making a day of it for Hospice at Home and there will be entertainment and fun activities before and after the Run, plus you can pick up our Hawk & Owl Centre flying displays too.

Ticket arrangements are as follows:
Competitors for 1k or 5k events must register with Hospice at Home.
Spectators may buy discounted general entry tickets in advance from Hospice (valid for entry all day and with all proceeds to Hospice). Otherwise regular Muncaster entry charges will apply on the day and our online general entry tickets will also be valid today. Free entry as usual to Friends of Muncaster to spectate – Friends wishing to take part in the Colour Run require entry tickets from Hospice.
