A charming old cottage built C250 years ago with thick stone walls and beams. Situated halfway between the village and lake on a quiet road. In summer, sit in the garden or winter around the fire in the sitting room. We have private parking and a bike lockup. We are exclusively non-smoking. We have 3 beautifully appointed rooms with the highest regard to quality and comfort. Check-in is always at your convenience. Breakfast couldn't be better.

From North - M6 Junction 40, A66 follow signs for Keswick, then Windermere. Drive through Ambleside. At end of shops, turn left onto Old Lake Road, drive to end of road.
