Rothay Lodge, The House, sleeps 10.
Built in 1830, extended in 2007 to provide a large dining area with double doors to patio with patio furniture and delightful gardens through which Greenhead Ghyll flows. Beautiful open views down the valley and to the fells from the house and garden. The dining area opens out from the well-equipped kitchen and from a hall with a log burner. There is a spacious lounge and a downstairs toilet/shower suitable for wheelchair. Stairlift. Four double bedrooms and 1 twin-bedded room, all with en suite bathrooms/showers.

Spacious self-contained ground floor apartment with 2 double en suite bedrooms. Wheelchair accessible. Large dining/kitchen and lounge opening out to a private patio.

Peaceful riverside location. A short level walk to village shops, pubs and restaurants. All services, linen and towels provided.
