On the upper ground floor a fully fitted kitchen, well equipped including dishwasher etc..., very spacious living room with stone built open fireplace. On lower ground floor are two bedrooms (one double, one twin with capacity for quality put u up or cot), both are en suite, a spare shower room and spare WC. The property is fully double glazed and is gas central heated throughout. There is a patio garden with seating and table in the warmer months.

The washer drier is located in the hall cupboard. The Lodge has a small garden with seating and table in the warmer months. This is a ground floor only property with two steps at the entrance. There are no stairs in this lodge.
