From M6 jct 40. Keswick 5 miles, Grasmere 7 miles, Windermere 15 miles. Just off A591. Penrith railway 18 miles. On A591 the main Keswick to Windermere road passes our lane end. Next to B5322 junction for St John's-in-the-Vale, also the 555 bus runs every hour and stops at the lane end.
