Gilpin Hotel
The 3-AA rosette restaurant is run by head chef Daniel Grigg and emphasises fresh seasonal produce sourced from within the National Park. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in 4 dining rooms, each with its own character and style. Tables are reserved for the entire meal time and guests are invited to browse the walk-in wine cellars where the team are on hand to offer friendly advice.

Lunch is £20 for 2 courses, £25 for 3 courses. Dinner is £42.50 for 5 courses.
